It was just a good match for a weekend vacation in Tokyo with value for money. The room was modern and spacious, with a fantastic view over the bay. Make sure to reserve your restaurant table in advance to avoid delays.

Well-maintained, budget property. Nicely furnished and brand-new rooms with a note on the table, great views plus drinks. Enormous and exceptional breakfast with gourmet selections and well-trained staff. Only 5 minutes walk from Shiodome subway station. Early check in and in general efficient service. Main bar and clean pool. Outstanding experience there.

The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the
Bay. The breakfast selection was plentiful and service was friendly. Dinner service was slow, which detracted slightly from an otherwise great experience at the hotel.

We appreciated its marvellous breakfasts!
The units were updated and the staff were amicable and fairly friendly people with warm service by their staff. The bathroom had a bidet, which was great.

Location next to Shimbashi Station makes it easy to explore. Breakfast buffet is great. The hotel lacks unique local spa products.

The "small touches" in the room... the teddy bear, the bathroom amenities, the automated curtains, the bed, the duvet, the pillows.
Tried to make a "quiet" call in the lobby, but there was no where, where I could stand in silence.

Great service, rooms are incredible
bar closes at 11:00 pm.... they had a semi-live band?(sax player one night and a piano player another night... would have been better if they had a piano player and a singer every night....).

The King Room with Bay View was spacious and offered an very nice view of Tokyo Bay, a treat every morning. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the quality of food was great. What really stood out was the great service from the staff, especially Peter Mizutani.
No significant downsides to mention!

The bayside rooms, the view and the view. Paid 50000¥ for sat night.
Glass of wine in the bistro ¥2500+ , what the? Carpet and recliners are a little worn and sound comes through from the hallway from conversations, vacuum cleaners and tray noises.
